Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your organisation's command centre — parking metrics, case management, active system parameters and field operations, all at a glance.
Interface layout
Three functional zones:
- Navigation sidebar (left) — deep module menus: Plate Search, Devices, Permits, Alerts, configuration.
- Metric cards (top) — live counters tracking real-time inputs.
- Analytics & activity (centre/bottom) — graphs above a rolling system log.
Metric cards

| Active Alerts | Real-time warnings / authorised vehicle-list matches |
| Active Integrations | Live third-party APIs feeding the backend (e.g. Easy Park) |
| Active Devices | Online hardware — patrol vehicles & officer handhelds |
Quick-action shortcuts
- Create Zone — a new restriction boundary or area
- Create Permit — issue/authorise a permit → see Permits
- Create Alert — add a plate or criterion to an authorised vehicle list
- Create Export — package data to download → see Create Exports
Volume analytics
- Filter — toggle Cases or Scans
- Range — Yesterday · Last 7 days · Last 30 days · custom
- Tooltips — hover a node for exact timestamp + volume
