Cases

Cases — Case Loads

Case loads bundle related cases into one group — so you can manage, add records to, export and bulk-print a set of cases together.

What case loads are

Groups of cases bundled so related cases sit together. Expand a case load to see the cases inside; click any to jump to it.

The case loads list

Open or Closed; edit and view history; all or your own. Each row shows ID, number of cases, owner, created, last activity. Sort by oldest/newest, ID, name A–Z; filter by date created, status (Open, Enforced, Closed, Appealed, Archived) and owner. You can merge, archive and delete case loads.

Creating a case load

Create one with a name (e.g. Example 4) and optional description. Then Add case to embed cases into it.

Records & history

Add notes and tasks to a case load (e.g. note "investigating"). The history shows cases added and when — exportable as a footprint or CSV.

Export & bulk print

Export, or bulk print every case in the load — PDF or printer, with a PDF template from the Document Builder, split by single PDF, individual PDFs or batch split.
