Build templated infringement documents and PDFs from a background file plus drag-and-drop data fields — then render them from any case, with no copy-paste.
What it is
Creates infringement documents, PDFs and record-keeping docs, templated for bulk generation from Aero Ranger data. Build once, reuse across the team.
The templates list
PDF Templates with name, status, created / last-edited, and Create Document Template.
The builder
Name it, then upload/drag a background PDF; adjust zoom. Data Fields on the left, template in the centre, uploaded file on the right.
Adding fields
Drag fields onto the template: first/last/full name, address, offence date, location, vehicle registration, make/model/colour/state, first & last evidence image. Resize, align, set font, size and text colour.
Using it on a case
Save and publish (preview shows sample data). From a case, issue the enforcement to render the document — name/address fill from the case contact. Preview → review → set enforced sub-status + reason → issue.
