Vehicle Replay

Replay survey vehicle GPS movement for a selected day, inspect coverage timing, and review the zone visit history behind the route.

What it shows

Vehicle Replay lets you review the GPS coverage path for a survey vehicle on a historical survey day. It is useful when checking whether the vehicle covered the expected streets, when the vehicle entered each zone, and how the route progressed over time.

The replay map shows the vehicle path, position markers and timeline progress. The map in this guide has been anonymised, but the live product uses the configured map layer for your organisation.

Select a vehicle and day

Choose a Vehicle and Date from the selectors at the top of the replay. Vehicle callsigns identify the survey vehicle in the live system; in this guide they are shown with generic labels.

• Vehicle — selects which survey vehicle route to replay.
• Date — selects the historical day to inspect.
• Route map — shows the GPS path and recorded movement points for that day.

Playback controls

Click Play to animate the route. Use the speed buttons to review slowly or quickly, and drag the timeline handle to jump to a specific point in the day.

• Speed controls — choose x1, x5, x10, x25 or x50 playback.
• Timeline — scrub through the day and see the current percentage and point number.
• Orange markers — indicate notable recorded points along the route.

Zone history

Below the map, the zone history table lists each detected zone visit for the selected vehicle and day. It shows when the vehicle arrived, when it departed, how long it remained, and how many reads were captured during that visit.
