What they are

Reusable forms for embedding in cases / case flows (pool barrier, dog attack, noise complaint, overtime car park…). Filter by draft / active / archived and category; sort; cards or list; manage subcategories.

Subcategories

Group templates by purpose under main categories — set category, name (e.g. Camping Compliance) and an icon.

Creating a template

Two-step picker: category → subcategory, then template details (title, subcategory, summary, access restriction).

The form builder

Question types: short text, long text, number, date, date & time, single choice, multi-choice, yes/no, compliance (compliant/minor/breach), slider (0–100 severity), photo(s), signature, GPS, checkbox. Group into sections and pages (page breaks); drag and drop to organise.

Question settings

Per question: required, show on reports, print on ticket, AI prefill (PatrolLink), score weight (0–10), conditional visibility (show only when…), restrict access. A single-choice inspection stream adds branches to the case flow.
