Time Analysis
Review enforcement patterns by hour of day and day of week, then filter by date, vehicle, officer or zone to understand when activity is concentrated.
What it shows
The Time Analysis page in Intel is a reporting dashboard for enforcement timing. It helps teams understand which hours and days produce the most infringements, so patrol planning can be based on activity patterns rather than totals alone.
Use it when reviewing peak enforcement windows, planning shifts, comparing weekdays against weekends, or checking whether a specific vehicle, officer or zone is driving activity at certain times.
Filter the report
Use the Date, Vehicle, Officer and Zone filters to narrow the report. The cards and charts update together, making it easy to isolate a patrol, team member, location or reporting period.
Summary cards
The cards at the top of the dashboard summarise the selected result set: Peak Hour, Peak Day, Morning (6-12) and Afternoon (12-18).
- Peak Hour — the hour with the highest infringement count.
- Peak Day — the day of week with the highest infringement count.
- Morning (6-12) — total infringements recorded between 6am and midday.
- Afternoon (12-18) — total infringements recorded between midday and 6pm.
Hour of day
Infringements by hour of day shows the daily distribution of activity. Taller bars indicate busier enforcement windows, making it easier to identify morning peaks, midday changes and after-hours activity.
Day of week
Infringements by day of week compares activity across Sunday to Saturday. Use it to see whether enforcement is concentrated on particular weekdays, whether weekends are quiet, or whether a filtered zone has a different pattern from the wider organisation.
