Cases Configuration
Enforcements
Enforcements are the issuable outcomes on a case — each with a legislation reference, offence code, penalty and an optional case flow.
What enforcements are
Created and managed in Cases configuration so they can be issued on a case. Each carries a legislation reference, offence code, penalty amount and an optional link to a case flow (which carries a case from first inspection to close).
The enforcements list
Examples: Parking on a verge without permission, Obstructing a driveway, Dog wandering at large. They can belong to categories (incidents, vehicle management, inspections) and each can carry a penalty.
Creating & editing
Edit to adjust details — e.g. set Dog wandering at large to the WA on-the-spot fine of $200. The wizard steps through details → penalty (amount + statutory due period, e.g. 28 days) → optional case flow → review & save. The enforcement is then available to issue on cases and automate the enforcement flow.
