Parking Management
Parking Sessions
Sessions are a new, first-class feature. They used to live inside permits and were hard to find — now they have their own home. A session is a short-term parking entitlement imported from a third-party system.
Sessions vs permits
Sessions are short-term entitlements imported from third parties — pay-by-app, meters and similar — for short-stay parking. A permit is long-term (e.g. a resident permit); a session is the short, paid stay of a shopper or hospital visitor. Sessions expire quickly.
| [[Permits | Permit]] | Session | |

| Editable | Yes | No — read-only | |

The sessions list
Each imported session shows its current state — e.g. three sessions that have all expired. Columns include Plate, Zone scope, Valid from, Valid to, the Integration it came from, the provider's External reference, and Status.
Viewing a session
Click a session to open it. Sessions are read-only — because they come from third parties, they can't be edited here; the detail view shows everything the provider sent through.
