Create Exports

Export your data as a downloadable file — zones, permits, alerts and plate scans — with full control over exactly which columns are included.

Starting an export

On the dashboard, click Create Export to open the wizard. It runs in four steps — Choose → Columns → Filters → Confirm.

First, choose what to export:

• Zones — the operational units that permits, sessions and enforcement attach to → Zones
• Permits — long-term and residential permits → Permits
• Alerts — operator-set watch entries with optional expiry
• Plate Reads (Scans) — every read captured by the fleet; use the classification sub-filter to narrow

Then pick the detail level. For Zones the presets are:

Zones columns

• Identity — Zone ID, External ID, Paid parking, Tags, Statuses, Name, Type, Permit only, Parent zone
• Properties — Capacity, Location (address), Cross street, Centroid longitude, Street, Centroid latitude
• Enforcement — Entry grace minutes, Short-stay exit minutes
• Audit — Created, Updated

Permits columns (up to 19)

• Identity — Permit ID, Category, Source, Special permit, Type, Status, External reference, Zones
• Vehicle — Plate, State, Vehicle model, Vehicle year, Normalised plate, Vehicle make, Colour
• Validity — Valid from, Valid to
• Audit — Created, Updated

Alerts columns

• Identity — Alert ID, State, Category, Notify in-vehicle, Plate, Type, Status, Rule
• Vehicle — Make, Colour, Model, Year
• Location — Zone
• Life cycle — Expires, Resolves
• Audit — Created by, Resolved by, Created

Plate scans columns (41+)

• Capture & timing — Captured time, Local hour, Row created, Local date, Server received time, Server received date
• Vehicle — Plate, Normalised plate, State, Make, Model, Colour, Year, Body type
• Confidence — Plate, Make, Model, Colour, Year, Body-type confidence
• Outcome classification — Has alert, Has permit, Enforcement status, Enforcement decision, Enforcement category, Enforcement reason, Violation type, Permit category, Chalk chain ID, Status count, Alert text, Verification, Event type
• Location — Zone ID, Zone name, Zone location, Orientation
• Device — Camera ID, Device ID, Call sign, Device type
