Integration Templates

Integration templates describe the provider, category, capabilities, product scope and status of a reusable integration pattern.

What a template defines

An integration template is a reusable pattern for connecting a provider or data source to CORE. It describes what the integration does, which product area it belongs to, and which capabilities are available to administrators.

  • Provider identity — the display name and reference used by administrators.
  • Category — the operational class, such as permit, mapping, lookup, export or notification.
  • Product scope — where the template is intended to be used.
  • Status — active, disabled or archived.
  • Description — a plain-language explanation of the workflow.

Capabilities

Capabilities explain the direction and purpose of the integration: pulling data in, pushing data out, looking up external records, receiving webhook events, or sending notifications.

Why templates matter

The practical value is governance: define the pattern once, apply it consistently, then monitor each live integration through the operational overview.
