Use the integrations overview to see which external feeds are active, disabled, healthy, recently synced or ready for administrator review.
What the overview shows
The integrations overview is a health and operations page. It shows the integration name, type, status, last sync time, health result and sync interval so administrators can quickly see whether a provider feed needs attention.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Integration | The connected provider or internal feed name. |
| Type | The workflow class, such as permit feed, mapping, lookup, notification or export. |
| Status | Whether the integration is active, disabled or awaiting review. |
| Last sync | The most recent successful or attempted data exchange. |
| Health | A simple indicator that the integration is currently passing checks. |
Operational use
Use this view before relying on external data in patrol, permit or case workflows. A disabled or stale integration may mean teams should check the source system, review recent imports, or confirm whether a manual process is temporarily required.
